新型药剂浮选江西某难选铜矿的试验研究

Experimental study of a refractory copper flotation applying novel agents in Jiangxi province

  • 摘要: 江西某硫化铜矿矿石性质复杂,铜氧化程度较高.在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,确定了“铜硫混浮-混合精矿再磨-铜硫分离浮选”试验流程,并使用了新型药剂WH-1#活化铜、组合药剂白1、白2(1:1)抑制硫,成功地实现了低碱条件下的铜硫分离,最终获得了品位为20.23 %、回收率为85.76 %的铜精矿及品位为39.19 %、回收率为65.68 %的硫精矿.

     

    Abstract: The ore property of a copper-sulfide ore in Jiangxi is complicated with high degree copper oxidation. The flotation sheet of "Cu-S bulk flotation + mixed concentrate regrinding + Cu-S separation flotation" is determined based on mineralogical analysis. WH-1# agent is used to activate copper while the combination agents white1 and white2(1:1) to inhibit sulfur. The copper and sulfur are flotated under low alkalinity condition. The grade of copper concentrate reaches 20.23 % with recovery rate of 85.76 %. The grade of sulfur concentrate attains 39.19 % with recovery rate of 65.68 %.
