石墨烯/半导体复合光催化剂的研究进展
Research progress of graphene/semiconductor composite photocatalyts

摘要: 较为系统地介绍了近年来利用石墨烯与半导体复合制备新型复合光催化剂的研究状况, 综述了具有纳米结构的钛基、钨基、锌基、铋基等复合光催化剂的研究新进展.提出和分析了石墨烯/半导体复合光催化剂促进光催化机理, 认为石墨烯能有效地提高光生电子-空穴对的分离效率, 改善催化剂的物理结构和光吸收性能, 从而提高光催化活性, 最后提出了该领域今后发展和研究的方向.Abstract: The development of graphene-semiconductor composite photocatalyts is reviewed. The new achievements in nanometer composite photocatalyts, such as Ti-based, Zn-based, W-based and Bi-based are summarized and analyzed by introducing the photocatalytic enhancing mechanism of the graphene/semiconductor composites. Graphene effectively promotes photo-generated electron-hole separation through improving the texture and absorption properties of catalysts. Thus the photocatalytic activity is increased. The research direction in the graphene composite photocatalyt is suggested.
