富锂锰基正极材料的高温储存性能研究

Research on high temperature storage performance of the lithium-rich manganese-based cathode material

  • 摘要: 以富锂锰基材料为正极材料, 人造石墨为负极材料, 经一系列工序制作成4 200 mAh软包装电池, 半电状态下(3.86 V)在15 ℃、30 ℃、45 ℃、60 ℃下分别储存1~5 d, 每种储存条件下各10只电池.然后分别测试储存后的电化学性能.结果表明, 储存温度和储存时间对电池的电化学性能有很大的影响.综合来看, 在45 ℃下储存3 d的电池具有更好的电化学性能.

     

    Abstract: With the lithium-rich manganese-based material as the cathode material, artificial graphite as the anode material. 4200mAh frexible package batteries are made after aseries of processes. Those batteries are stored at 15 ℃, 30 ℃, 45 ℃ and 60 ℃ respectively at semi-electric state (3.86 V) for 1 to 5 days. Ten batteries were stored under various conditions. The electrochemical properties were tested after storage.Results showed that the storage temperature and storage time have a great impact on the electrochemical performance of the batteries. On the whole, the batteries which were stored at 45 ℃ for 3 days had a better electrochemical performance.
