某铜矿不同采矿进路布置开采稳定性数值模拟

Numerical simulation of stability of mining of different mining entrances in a copper mine

  • 摘要: 某铜矿井下现采用3种不同采矿进路布置开采方案.为研究不同采矿进路布置方案的开采稳定性,在前期现场调查、室内实验的基础上,利用ANSYS软件进行建模,然后导入FLAC3D有限差分软件中,采用摩尔-库仑破坏准则计算,模拟自重条件下,3种不同方案的应力分布情况.分析3种不同采矿进路布置开采后的最大及最小主应力分布情况,研究结果表明:采矿进路布置沿矿体走向与上盘接触的开采稳定性程度最低.

     

    Abstract: The paper adopts three different approaches of mining entrances under the well in a copper mine.In order to study the stability of different approaches, three models are built by using ANSYS software basedon the field investigation and laboratory experiment, then led into FLAC3D finite software. Adopting Moore -Coulomb failure criterion calculation, three different schemes of stress distribution are simulated in gravityconditions in order to study stability. Through the analysis of the maximal and minimum principal stress aftermining in three different mining entrances, the results indicate that the stability of mining vertical the orebody strike connected with the upper plate is the lowest.
