熔盐法合成变色珠光片晶的工艺研究

The discoloration pearl platelets preparation by molten salt method

  • 摘要: 以氯化钕(NdCl3 ·6H2O)和烧碱(NaOH)为原料,以硫酸盐为熔盐,采用熔盐法合成了片状钕系变色粉体,研究了合成温度、保温时间、熔盐用量和添加剂等对产物晶型和形貌的影响,并用电子显微镜与光学显微镜、X射线衍射分析及ICP等对合成产物进行了表征.研究结果表明:以Na2SO4-K2SO4混合硫酸盐为熔盐,熔盐与片状晶体的摩尔比为4:1,在900~1 200 ℃焙烧3 h能制备出化学成分为Nd2O3-xSO4x的钕系变色珠光片晶.该片晶具有良好的珠光效果和变色效应.

     

    Abstract: neodymium color powder was synthesized by molten salt method with the neodymium chloride (NdCl3·6H2O) and caustic soda (NaOH) as raw materials, using sulfate as flux respectively. The influence factors on the morphology and crystal form, including the type and amount of molten salt, sintering conditions and additives incorporation were investigated. The color powder was characterized by optical microscope, SEM, XRD, and ICP. The results show that, neodymium color powder can be prepared by molten salt method at 900~1 200 ℃ for three hours using Na2SO4-K2SO4 as flux respectively. The molar ration of molten salt and color powder is 4:1 with good pearlescent and discoloration effects.
