20 Ah富锂锰动力电池的性能研究

Performance research of 20Ah Li-ion power battery with the LiLi(1-2x)/3NixMn(2-x)/3O2 cathode

  • 摘要: 以富锂锰基正极材料作为正极活性物质,石墨作为负极,成功研制出额定容量为20 Ah软包锂离子动力电池,重点讨论大容量富锂锰20 Ah锂离子动力电池的设计和性能检测;所制备的电池单体电芯,在充放电流为0.3 C的条件下,首次放电容量达到19 568.8 mAh;在1 C倍率下,比能量达到137 Wh/kg,循环500次容量保持率为101.8 %;经过过充、挤压、针刺、外部短路测试表明电池具有良好的安全性能.

     

    Abstract: Li-ion power battery with 20 Ah nominal capacity is designed and fabricated with high levels ofLithium and Manganese cathode and graphite anode. This paper focuses on the design, performance test of thebattery. Cycled with 0.3 C in 2.5-4.2 V, the first discharge capacity of the prepared single cell is 19 568.8 mAh; cycled with 1 C, specific energy is 137 Wh/kg, and discharge capacity retains about 101.8 % after 500 cycles.The results of over charge, extrusion, needle-punching and external short circuit test show that the battery hasfine safety performance.
