新型稀土变色珠光颜料的研究

The synthesis of discoloration pearlescent pigments using rare earth

  • 摘要: 本文以NdCl3·6H2O和Na2SO4为原料,采用熔盐法合成了钕系变色珠光颜料.对熔盐合成过程中的熔盐种类、熔盐用量、烧成温度、保温时间等因素进行了研究,并用SEM、XRD、EDAX等检测手段对钕系变色珠光颜料的形貌、物相和成分进行了表征,确定了合成变色珠光颜料的最佳工艺参数.结果表明,这种变色珠光颜料具有良好的耐酸、耐碱性和变色效果.

     

    Abstract: Using neodymium chloride (NdCl3·6H2O) and sodium soda (Na2SO4) as raw materials, this paperstudies the preparation of neodymium color powder by molten salt method. In the course of preparingphotochromic pearlescent pigment, the influence factors, including composition and dosage of molten salt, sintering temperature and time are investigated. The characters of synthesized powders are determined bySEM, XRD, and EDAX. The optimal process parameters of synthesizing photochromic pearlescent pigment arestudied. The results show that this pigment is characteristics of acid resistance, alkali proof and goodphotochromism.
