Abstract:
This paper adopts co-precipitation method to prepare Ce-doped YAG precursor. In order toobtain the pure YAG powder, this experiment uses CeO
2、Y
2O
3、Al(NO
3)
3·9H
2O and NH
4HCO
3 as raw materialsto prepare YAG:Ce
3+ precursor in different precipitation temperature and high-temperature calcination. Theeffects of precipitation temperature on properties of YAG:Ce
3+ powder are analyzed by means of TG/DTA, XRD and spectrum analysis. The results show that the YAG :Ce
3+ powder prepared under the precipitationtemperature of 25 ℃ boasting good luminous intensity.
