Abstract:
Taking SnCl
4·5H
2O, graphene as raw material and adopting the sol-gel method to prepare SnO
2doped graphene film on quartz glass substrates, this paper investigates the effects of film thickness on thestructure and optical properties of SnO
2 thin films. Test results show that the crystalline quality of SnO
2thin films is improved with the incorporation of graphene, and the optical band edge of film sample movestowards long-wave direction, causing "red shift" phenomenon. Moreover, the photoluminescence intensityof the SnO
2 thin films gradually decreased with the increase of the content of graphene due to theconcentration quenching effect.
