Abstract:
People began to pay more attention to the scraped cemented carbide during the productionprocess for the rapid use of cemented carbide. Improving the secondary recovery process of scrap carbideis of great significance to the protection of natural resources and sustainable development. The researcheson recycling cemented carbide focuses on energy saving and environmental protection, simplified process, recovery efficiency and recovery quality. This paper reviews research purposes, methods, principles, application conditions and comprehensive recovery effect of recycling tungsten carbide and cobalt in thescraped cemented carbide. The combination of physical treatment and chemical -metallurgical processing, mechanical disruption and high -temperature heat treatment method is favorable to recycle the scrapedcemented carbide.
