Abstract: China, as the largest rare earth reserve holder and producer of the world, supplies most of the world 'sdemand at a low price. Chinese rare earth producers have four kinds of constraints including quantity, profit, qualityand environment with long disordered mining, and malignant competition. Rare earth integration is a effectiveoption for the breakthrough of multiple constraints. This paper demonstrates the influences and pathways of rareearth integration on the multiple constraints.
