独头巷道局部通风数值模拟研究

Numerical simulation on the partial ventilation in the single entry mine tunnel

  • 摘要: 独头巷道掘进工作面是矿山的主要工作面之一,矿尘浓度大是其工作面环境质量差的主要原因.局部通风是解决独头巷道掘进工作面的主要通风手段,因此,独头巷道掘进工作面局部通风质量的好坏将直接影响矿山的生产效益和职工的安全健康. 文中通过利用Fluent 软件对独头巷道局部通风时风筒出口距工作面不同距离的风流特性进行模拟研究.数值模拟结果表明,独头巷道掘进工作面采用压入式局部通风时,风流的独头巷道中存在效射程.因此,为了保障有效通风,应控制好风筒出口距掘进工作面的距离不应大于风流的有效射程.

     

    Abstract: Single entry mine tunnel is one of the main mining surfaces. High dust concentration contributes to low quality in its working surface environment. Partial ventilation in the single entry mine tunnel is the major solution for this problem. The quality for this partial ventilation directly affects the production benefit and safety and health of coal miners. This article studies the wind characteristic of different distances from wind exit to mining surface through numerical simulation on the partial ventilation in the single entry mine tunnel. The results show that wind has limited flowing distance applying injected partial ventilation in the mining surface. The distance from the wind exit to the mining surface should be maintained within the effective wind range to guarantee effective ventilation.
