Numerical simulation of ventilation network and its validation in Hemushan iron mine

  • 摘要: 文中主要通过数值模拟和实验验证相结合的方法对和睦山铁矿通风网络进行了研究. 数值模拟部分,基于Fluent 流体模拟软件,采用标准方程湍流模型和标准SIMPLE 算法对通风网络进行数值模拟分析;通风系统测定过程中,使用JFY4 通风参数测试仪对每个测点进行了风速、风量、温度、湿度、大气压力5 项参数的测定;通过对比数值模拟结果和实际测量结果,表明采用Fluent 流体模拟软件对井下风流进行数值模拟是可行的. 此次通风网络的研究可以为后续进一步的全面系统优化研究提供基础,同时对于现阶段的通风系统调整有一定的指导作用.

     

    Abstract: This paper is mainly focused on the research of the ventilation network in Hemushan iron mine by means of numerical simulation and experimental validation. Firstly, in the phase of numerical simulation, the standard turbulence model and the standard SIMPLE algorithm are applied to simulate the ventilation network based on the Fluent fluid simulation software; And then, in the process of experiment validation, the JFY4 ventilation parameters gauge is used for measuring the five parameters (wind speed, air, temperature, humidity, air pressure) for each selected point. In addition, it could be concluded that numerical simulation of the mine airflow by FLUENT fluid simulation software is feasible by comparing the numerical simulation results and the measuring results. The research results can provide a basic research for the subsequent further ventilation system optimization. It also could have a guidance function to the adjustment in current ventilation system.
