Abstract:
With the express development of metallurgy industry, the soil of mining area has suffered heavily contamination. In current, the research on method of remediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil has become a hotspot in the field of environment protecting. There are physical and chemical methods to address heavy metal pollution. The physico-chemical methods are highly liable to secondary pollution in addition to high cost. The method of bioremediation is more favorable for its efficiency in treating heavy metals pollution. Heavy metal-contaminated soil can be solved by leaching, oxidation -reduction and adsorption of microorganism or mycorrhiza. This article describes the mechanism between heavy metals and microorganisms, hoping to benefit the future related research.
