有机抑制剂在浮选中抑制黄铁矿的研究进展

Research advances on organic depressor’s depressing of pyrite flotation

  • 摘要: 论述了浮选中有机抑制剂对黄铁矿的研究进展.硫化矿有机抑制剂抑制性能取决于其分子结构.有机抑制剂按分子量可将其分为大分子和小分子两大类,这两类抑制剂各有优势,大分子抑制剂亲固基种类多、含较多亲水基团以及分子量大,对黄铁矿的抑制能力强;小分子有机抑制亲固基团中基本上都要求有硫原子或磷原子,同时也含多个亲水基,抑制能力不如大分子抑制剂,一般都与其它抑制剂组合使用,以增强其对黄铁矿的抑制作用.讨论了不同类型的有机抑制剂抑制黄铁矿的应用及抑制作用机理.

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses the research progress of organic depressor on pyrite flotation. The molecular structure of organic depressor of the sulfide ore is closely related to its depressing ability. The organic depressor of the sulfide ore can be divided into big molecule depressor and small molecular depressor with different features. Big molecule depressor has more close solid functional groups and hydrophilic group with bigger molecular weight, which lead to stronger depression ability on pyrite. The close solid groups of small molecule depressor often have sulfur atoms or phosphorus atoms containing several hydrophilic groups resulting in weaker depression ability. Small molecule depressors are usually used combing with other depressores to increase the depression ability on pyrite. The application and depression mechanism of different types of organic depressores on pyrite are discussed.
