Abstract: This paper introduces the practice process of iron ore concentrate production out of sulfate slag in Yongping copper ore of Jiangxi Copper Corporation. The industrial indexes (with sulfur ore grade 41.28 % , sulfur concentrate grade 50.02 %, sulfur recovery rate 93.29 % and iron concentrate grade 63.19 %) are obtained through analyzing pyrite concentrate, sulfate slag of the iron phase , multi-element chemistry , particle size and grade. The direct production from high-pyrite concentrate to iron concentrate is an optimal plan.
