高碱高钙受抑黄铁矿活化剂的研究现状

  • 摘要: 黄铁矿在高碱高钙环境中被强烈抑制,对后续黄铁矿的回收造成困难.在新型活化剂的研发过程中应注意其能否有效清除受石灰抑制的黄铁矿表面的CaO、CaSO4、Ca(OH)2、Fe(OH)3 等亲水性薄膜,新型活化剂还应该是环保、廉价、来源广及化学性质稳定的产品.文中详细阐述了受抑黄铁矿活化剂的种类、活化机理及实践应用等研究现状,并对高碱高钙受抑黄铁矿新型活化剂的研制进行了展望.

     

    Abstract: In the high - alkaline high calcium environment pyrite was strongly inhibited, that cause difficulties for the recovery of the follow-up of pyrite. In the process of looking for new activator should be noted that its ability to clear the mineral surface hydrophilic membrane composed of CaO, CaSO4, Ca(OH)2,Fe(OH)3, etc, the new activator should also be environmentally friendly, cheap, and a wide source and chemically stable product. The article mainly summarized pyrite activator species,the activation mechanism and practical applications of activated of the inhibited pyrite research.
