离子液体中木质素磺酸催化果糖制备5-羟甲基糠醛

Production of 5-Hydroxymethylfurfural from Fructose Catalyzed by Lignosulfonic Acid in Ionic Liquid

  • 摘要: 以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐(BmimCl)为溶剂、木质素磺酸为催化剂,催化果糖转化生成5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF).考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间及溶剂对HMF产率的影响.结果表明,在BmimCl中,果糖可快速转化为HMF,产率可达91 %.另外,考察了利用菊糖制备HMF的可行性.

     

    Abstract: This paper studied the production of 5 -hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) from catalyzed by fructose Lignosulfonic acid in ionic liquid 1 -butyl -3 -methylimidazolium chloride (BmimCl). The effects of catalyst amount, reaction temperature, reaction time and reaction solvent on HMF yield were investigated. The results indicated that fructose was converted into HMF rapidly and efficiently in BmimCl with a 91 % HMF yield. The feasibility of producing HMF from inulin was also studied.
