两性壳聚糖的合成条件优化及结构表征

Optimization of Synthetic Condition and Structure Characterization of Amphoteric Chloride Chitosan

  • 摘要: 以硝酸铈铵为引发剂, 利用二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)在羧甲基壳聚糖骨架上的接枝反应, 制备了羧甲基二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵壳聚糖(CMCTS-DMDAAC).通过三因素三水平正交实验得出羧甲基壳聚糖与DMDAAC反应的优化实验条件为:反应温度为90 ℃, 反应pH为7.0, 反应时间为2 h, 引发剂用量为占羧甲基壳聚糖质量的1.5 %, 单体用量为羧甲基壳聚糖质量的1.5倍.反应产物的结构通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、热重/差热分析、X-衍射及扫描电镜进行了表征.

     

    Abstract: Carboxymethyl chitosan -dimethyl-diallyl-ammonium chloride(CMCTS -DMDAAC) was prepared via graft reaction of dimethyl -diallyl -ammonium chloride onto the chain of carboxymethyl with ammonium cerium nitrate as initiator.The reactive conditions between the carbox -ymethyl chitosan and quaternizational reagent DMDAAC was optimized by three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment as follows:the reaction temperature is 90 ℃; reaction pH value is 7.0;reaction time is 2 h; the initiator amount was 1.5 % of the chitosan quantity; monomer amount was 1.5 times as chitosan quantity.The product structure was characterized by using IR, UV, X-ray diffraction, TG/DTA and SEM.
