2 anode materials are synthesized by co-precipitation method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) are applied to characterize the structure and morphology of synthetic materials. This paper studies the effects on the structure and properties of samples by different Li/(Ni +Mn) molar ratio, sintering process and formation voltages. The results show that optimal electrochemical performance exist when Li/ (Ni+Mn) molar ratio is 1.08 and the calcinations temperatures are 500℃ at the first time and 850℃ at the second time respectivly.
