某硫金矿硫砷分离试验研究

The Experimental Research On the Separation of Sulur and Arsenic in a Sulphur-gold Ore

  • 摘要: 以某硫金矿选金尾矿为试样,采用磁选-优先浮硫脱砷工艺流程.实验室小型闭路试验结果为:磁选硫精矿中硫品位39.32%,回收率27.97%;硫精矿中硫品位49.78%,回收率43.97%;砷金精矿含砷18.42%,回收率89.47%,金品位12g/t,金回收率68.72%.

     

    Abstract: The sample was from the tailings of gold's flotation of a sulfur-gold mine. Using the technology flowsheet of magnetic separation -priority floating sulfur and removing arsenic, by the test of small closed circuit in the lab, the results were obtained that the sulfur grade of magnetic concentrate is 39.32% with 27.97% of recovery, the sulfur grade of pyrite concentrate is 49.78% with of 43.97% of recovery, and the arsenic -gold concentrate contained 18.42% of arsenic with 89.47% of recovery, 12g / t of gold with 68.72% of recovery.
