大线能量焊接船板钢的研究现状与发展

Research Situation and Development of Ship Plate Steel for High Heat Input Welding

  • 摘要: 大线能量焊接过程中,焊接HAZ高温停留时间延长,相变冷却速度减慢,HAZ奥氏体晶粒急剧长大。采用TiN、Ti-B等技术抑制HAZ奥氏体晶粒长大以提高大线能量焊接性能难以满足更高线能量的要求。氧化物冶金技术的提出对大线能量焊接用钢HAZ韧性的改善具有重要的意义。文章主要叙述了大线能量焊接HAZ韧性改善的方法以及发展方向,并重点对稀土Y应用于大线能量焊接HAZ韧性改善的可能性进行分析预测。

     

    Abstract: As the long dwell time of high temperature and slow cooling rate in phase transformati-on during high heat input welding, the austenite grain rapidly grew in heat affected zone. Using techniques such as TiN、Ti-B to inhibit austenite grain growth for improving the high heat input welding performance is difficult to meet the requirements of higher welding line energy. Oxide metallurgy technology has the vital significance for improving welding property of the heat affected zone. This paper mainly describes the method and development direction for improving toughness and focus on analysising and forecasting of the possibility for Y applys to improve toughness of the heat affected zone.
