  • This paper studies the solubility of Ta(OH)5 in a certain concentration of HF solute and the neutralized sediment process of high-purity H2TaF7. Ammonia solution neutralization, ammonia neutralization, ammonia concentration, rush ammonia speed and other factors on the impact of Ta(OH)5 crystal dynamics and its follow-up of Ta2O5 powder size characteristics are also investigated.
