On the Microwave Drying of Rare Earth Carbonate

This paper analyzes the effects of material weight, material thickness and irradiation time on the rate of dehydration by the experiments on microwave drying of rare earth carbonate. A comparative study is performed on microwave drying and conventional drying. The results show that the microwave drying boasts the advantages of high rates of dehydration and energy efficiency.
