Research Progress of High Volume Fraction SiCp/Al Composites

As a kind of new electronic packaging material, high volume fraction SiCp/Al composite, due to its features of stable size, high thermal conductivity and high special strength, has been extensively applied in national defense and aerospace industries. Progress of its manufacture processes, performance and applications is reviewed.
