Recearch Progresses on Doping Rare Earth Microwave Dielectric Ceramics

The ceramics material of doping rare earth microwave dielectric is an important component part in the system of microwave dielectric ceramics.In this paper, some main systems of doping rare earth microwave dielectric ceramics are reviewed and the present research status in doping and modification of microwave dielectric ceramics with rare earth oxides are introduced generally.The future prospects of the material and research for recent years are indicated also.
