Study on Production Technology of High-purity Terbium Metal
The tungsten melting pot is used in SL63—7BL vacuum resistance furnace, and tantalum plate is used to gathering bulk, raw terbium metal is purified by distillation at the temperature of 1 750~1 800℃ with the vacuity of 5×l0-3 Pa.The technology is reliable and can be batch production.
