C++ Programming Design and Practice for the Surface Water Environment Impacting Prediction Assessment Model

  • This paper introduces the theoretical basis, designing thinking and practical method of surface water environment impacting the assessment (EIA) of computer software. A program is written in Borland C++ Bilder language to make the calculation of the data from EIA, which makes the concentration calculation of river water model of the technical guidelines for EIA finished rapidly and accurately by means of a computer.
