Abstract

A shear is widely used in cutting various of materials in the industry.A small-sized shear which is reequipped to an automated one in some factory is difficult to be determined the mininum capability of shear.In this paper, the movement and stress are analysed in graphic method, and the diameter of the steel which can be sheared is gotten under a fixed rotational speed of adjustable-speed motor, and it is reference to production.
