On the Development of Rare-earth Industry of Sanming City, Fujian Province

This paper suggests a strategic development plan of rare earth industry be made to strengthen macrocontrol and policy guidance on the basis of a brief introduction of the current status of rare earth industry of Sanming City. Some counter measures, such as rare earth deep processing, new material and its application, etc., are put forward.
