Abstract
The role of performance evaluation in human resources management, the evaluation principles and several concerns in the process of performance evaluation are discussed.It is pointed out that performance evaluation is the basis for human resources management, it is not only a necessary approach to a successful salary incentive program, but also an important reference for employment, promotion or demotion, transference, salary allocation and training.It is an integral link of human resource management.
