On Nickel-Zinc Separation from Sulfate Solution

  • Nickel-zinc separation out of sulfate solution using chemical way is studied. On the basis of the disparities of different pH values, harmful impurity iron is removed by controlling the pH value of NaOH in the first step; then nickel and zinc are separated in NaOH solutin for their different chemical properties. The results show that the content of nickel in the solution can be reduced as low as 2 mg/L.
