On Rare Earth Recovery Out of Waste Neodymium, Iron and Boron by Electro-reduction and P507 Extraction Separation Method

  • Waste neodymium, iron and boron decomposition liquor is electro-reduced continuously in electro-bath. After complete electro-reduction, the decomposition liquor is extracted for removing iron in the extraction tank. The recovery rate of rare earth is 98.13 %. The recovered rare earth feed solution can be applied to P507-HCl system.
