On the Dehydration of Four Water Indium Trichloride

  • The dehydration process of four water indium trichloride was determined by the DTA-TGA Method (DTA/TG), the impact of dehydration temperature in the process was studied.A water molecular was dehydrated from InCl3·4H2O under the protection of nitrogen gas at the temperature of below 170 ℃.The other 3 water molecular began to be dehydrated at the temperature range of 170 ℃ to 200 ℃.The temperature of more than 300 ℃ is required for dehydrating the last water macular.
