Progress in W/Mo separation by precipitation

  • W/Mo separation is a technical difficult problem in W metallurgy. In this paper, several kinds of methods, such as MoS3 precipitation, tungstic acid precipitation, homogeneous precipitation, carbamidine precipitation, selective precipitation and tungstate crystal, principles and applications for W/Mo separation by precipitation are reviewed, and are reported with discussion of research trend.
