The Flotation of a Low-grade and Refractory Scheelite at Room Temperature

  • The WO3 content of a calcspar-fluorspar refractory scheelite ore is 0.23 %. It is characteristic of finegrained dissemination and high fluorspar content high. In light with the current technology that the valuable tungsten in low-grade and refractory sheelite could not be effectively recovered, (GYW+731)were used as combined collectors, and the WH as activators at normal temperature to flotate the sheelite ore. A scheelite concentrate assaying 35.11 %WO3 was obtained, in which the WO3 recovery is 20 %.
