Research on Smelting and Moulding of Dysprosium Ferroalloy

In order to decrease production costs and find out the better technical conditions, the smelting test with heating furnace of electrolytic alloy has been done.In the test, the heating temperature, holding time, the grain form and size of dysprosium ferroalloy under the state of cooling and heating of the casting model as well as the degree of fused salt inclusion in the alloy are investigated.
