The Study of Input and Output Evaluating Indicator System of Scientific and Technological Innovation of Non-ferrous Metal Industy

To build up the evaluating indicator system of scientific and technological innovation of non-ferrous metal industry, the input and output indicators are selected initially based on the selection principle and determined further by gray relational analysis.The weight of each indicator is calculated by the information entropy and the calculation formula is explained.
