Experimental Investigation of Refractory Ore of No.7 Orebody in Chengmenshan Copper Mine

  • To fully utilize the resources of Chengmenshan copper mine, some experimental investigations of extracting copper have been taken in two methods, a convention one and a leaching-extraction-electro deposition one, according to the charactristic of combining integrated oxidized ore and clay oxidized ore.The result indicates that the rate of copper recovery is only 16% although different testing conditions and different targets in convention method, and the leaching-extraction-electro deposition method can get the rate of copper recovery of 49.14% with integrated oxidized ore and 85.47% with clay oxidized ore.The liquid can directly extract high pure copper after extracting and electro depositing.
