Experimental Investigation of Refractory Ore of No.7 Orebody in Chengmenshan Copper Mine

To fully utilize the resources of Chengmenshan copper mine, some experimental investigations of extracting copper have been taken in two methods, a convention one and a leaching-extraction-electro deposition one, according to the charactristic of combining integrated oxidized ore and clay oxidized ore.The result indicates that the rate of copper recovery is only 16% although different testing conditions and different targets in convention method, and the leaching-extraction-electro deposition method can get the rate of copper recovery of 49.14% with integrated oxidized ore and 85.47% with clay oxidized ore.The liquid can directly extract high pure copper after extracting and electro depositing.
