The technology and productive practice of taking Nd oxide and Dy chloride out of NdFeB waste

  • The paper presents the technological process on taking single Nd2O3 and DyCl3 out of NdFeB waste.The productive practice demonstrate that the technological process is fit for handling all kinds of NdFeB waste.The technology has some advantages such as simple process, good connection, convenient operation.The purity of Nd oxide come up to 99~99.9 percent, the purity of Dy chloride is higher than 99.5 percent.The average recovery rate of two products is 91.66 percent and 90.04 percent separately.
