Design of Control System for Magnetic Separators Based on PLC

This paper designs an automatic control system for magnetic separators, in view of the flaw of magnetic separators based on hand control in china. This system utilizes mainly fuzzy and feedback control theory, combined with the programmable control and the frequency conversion control technology. It is programmed by the software of SIEMENS and designs the touching screen configuration picture. It can comprehensively monitor and control the process parameters of magnetic separators and get good control result through the practice movement.
