Abstract
This paper studies the determination of mass fraction of oxygen in fluorinated rare earth by pulse infrared absorption method.experiments showed the following optimized conditions: graphite crucibles as vessel and nickel foil as flux in 6.0kW/25s.The recovery rate reached 103.45% ~ 105.9% and the relative standard deviation falls between 3.98% and 5.69%.
