Production Practice of Reducing Copper Content in Electric Furnace Slag

The reasons of high copper content in electric furnace slag combined with Guixi Smelter production practice are analysed, the effective ways of reducing the copper content in electric furnace slag are put forward, it is pointed that the key to reduce the copper content lies in maintaining the circumstance of the flash furnace well and restricting the over output of magnetic Fe₃O₄ in slag.
