Determination of Ammonium in Cobalt Carbonate with Ammonium Reagent Photometric Method

  • The cobalt matrix is precipited and separated by sodium hydroxide, and ammonium is determined in cobalt carbonate by absorption spectrophotometric method of colour reaction with ammonium reagent.The result shows that the linear range are 0 to 150 μg/50ml, the relative standardd eviation is less than 5%, and the recovery obtained are in the range of 97.5% to 104%.
