On the Energy-saving Technology of Cupola

Cupola furnace, whose thermal efficiency is about 55 %, is one of the main equipments in hot metal casting melting. In the high temperature exhaust gas emission smelting process, molten slag and furnace regenera tive heat lose a lot of heat, which reduces the thermal efficiency of the cupola. This paper suggests some measures to improve energy efficiency on cupola.
