Development Orientation of Industrial Technologies for Nonferrous Heavy Metal Smelting with Short Flow

  • There are variety nonferrous metals, and the metallurgical industry exists some common problems to be solved, such as complex process, long flow, alternate "cold-hot" procedure, repeated consumption of energy, and so on. From the viewpoint of energy conservation and emission reduction, considering "short flow" and "flash smelting technology innovation", some industrial technologies and relevant equipments innovative direction for nonferrous heavy metal smelting were proposed, including copper continuous smelting process, lead one-step smelting process, vortex concentrate nozzle, alloy water jacket and incident pre-alarm system.
