Study on the Application of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Steel fibers are often used to reinforce plain concrete materials because they can provide bridging of a matrix concrete crack.In this paper, the applications of steel fiber reinforced concrete in engineering are investigated particularly.Mei Shan Iron Mine is adopted as an example for the evaluation of synthetic economy benefit of steel fiber reinforced concrete in engineering application.At the same time, the mechanism of prevent crack and reinforced of steel fiber reinforced concrete is analyzed.Finally, some valuable views in engineering application are summed.
