  • Based on introducing the criterion method for pile foundation quality inspection to assess the pile body concrete quality, this paper puts forward a new parameter analysis method, the relative strength index method. This method combines many factors such as sound velocity, amplitude, frequency, sonic time, PSD. By comparing with the traditional methods, it is more accurate on qualitative analysis on the pile foundation quality than the previous method. In addition, it can be applied to perform some quantitative analysis. Core verification testifies its feasibility and effectiveness.
