Baking Process Optimization of Pre-baked Anode

  • The baking duration of Pre-baked Anode was curtailed from 168 h to 156 h by optimizing the baking temperature-rising curve, white smoke burning of volatile matter and making the best use of filler.The technology reduced the working load and security worries of environmental protection equipments, which led to energy saving and exhaust reduction.
