Experimentation on Adding Limestone for Relief Adhesive of Volatilizing Kiln

  • Based on the production process, metal oxide reaction thermodynamics and physicochemical properties of materials of volatilizing kiln. This article analyzes the main reasons for adhesive formation inside of volatilizing kiln.And proposes to add limestone into the raw materials for relief of adhesive.The experimental results show that limestone can change the physicochemical properties of slag and form loose matter which is easy to desquamate. Therefore, the cleaning frequency of volatilizing kiln reduce significantly and its work time has been prolonged from 45 days to100 days.
